Monday Mutant 13: Fencing Match (crosslink)

Monday Mutants is a series in which I will attempt to experiment with "mutant" puzzles. These could be existing puzzle types with an unusual change in the rules, hybrids combining elements from multiple puzzle types, or puzzle types neither invented nor popularized by Nikoli.
In this Fencing Match puzzle, the loop may pass through a dot twice, but only if the loop goes straight through that dot both times, once horizontally and once vertically. The rules are otherwise unchanged.
Again, I must give credit to MellowMelon for inspiring this Monday Mutant.

Yet another brilliant MM inspired by MM - loved it!

This one forced its own answer a bit too directly. Your best ones of standard and mutant slitherlinks require more contemplation or bifurcation.

David: Thanks! :)

Anonymous Ken: First of all, I actually try to avoid excess bifurcation in my Slitherlink puzzles, or in my puzzles in general. Contemplation is perfectly legit, but excess bifurcation can get tedious and boring quickly (as I know from personal experience as a solver).

Second, when I made this puzzle, I felt like it was pretty enough that I had to post it, but not demonstrative enough of "mutant" logic to post by itself. That's why there were two Monday Mutant puzzles this week. Don't get me wrong -- I do like this puzzle, but I think MM14 is a little better. :)
